    Mahalia John

    Mahalia John (she/they) is our founder. She works as a Camera Operator and 2nd AC in features and commercials. Finding themselves on majority white sets for 99% of their career, Mahalia started The Equity List to try and make a difference in our small but culturally impactful industry.

    Lali Coombes

    Lali Coombes (they/them) works as a Central Loader in Features and HETV. They run the essential admin side of TEL including our many many emails!

    Ant Belle (they/them) is a loader in Commercials and Features. They were selected as the Director of Photography's mentee on Block 2 of Season 3 of Netflix's Top Boy, and are an alumni of the Adidas x GUAP Magazine Originals Creative Network.
